It ensures that the surfaces are clean and smooth. It contains additives that prevent bacterial growth. It is durable and rust-proof.

Before using the newly prepared emulsion, it is important to ensure that the bench chamber is cleaned and/or cleaned in terms of emulsion efficiency and longer use. It is recommended to ensure uninterrupted operation of the cooling and circulation system of the emulsion chamber, and to regularly check the chamber filters and replace them with new ones periodically. Skid oils used in bench slides should be prevented from mixing into the emulsion reservoir.

It is a water-based metalworking cutting and cooling fluid developed to be used in machining of carbon steel, cast iron, aluminum, stainless steel, yellow metal alloys such as drilling, cutting, honing, thread cutting and grinding, especially grinding and reaming. It has been formulated with new technology additives to be used in post-processing operations where surface quality is important, in difficult operations where high pressure is required, and especially in operations that require lubrication with cooling. Mixing Ratios

Assuming that the water of the area of use is of medium hardness: 4% to 6% product + water emulsion for general purpose uses, 3% to 4% product + water emulsion for surface grinding operations, 5% to 8% product for deep cutting of hard materials With + water emulsion, 6% to 10% product + water emulsion is prepared and used successfully, depending on the properties of the processed material, for sensitive surface in all kinds of heavy operations.

Use of

SYSTEM CLEANING

DISINFECTANT

M Oil System Cleaning Disinfectant is a shock effective disinfectant formulated to purify central systems, counter and chamber, cooling lines from oil, dirt, microorganisms and filth. It is used by preparing a solution between 1% and 3% according to the pollution level of the environment and the system. By using an aqueous solution prepared by adding 1% - 3% to water, cleaning and disinfection of flat surfaces is carried out with a brush, in the form of spraying where brushes will not enter, chamber and pipelines by circulation.

Use of

Dirty or damaged cutting fluid in the system to be cleaned with M Oil System Cleaning Disinfectant is discharged. The tank of the bench is cleaned of accumulated sediment and dirt. After preliminary cleaning, fresh water is placed in the tank and 1 - 3% of the volume of M Oil System Cleaning Disinfectant is added. The machine is started and allowed to circulate for a few hours. The circulation time is reduced or increased according to the amount of disinfection used and the pollution status of the system. Then the tank is emptied, cleaned, rinsed with clean water and made ready for use.

SURFACE PROTECTION OIL

It is a formulated protection oil that prevents corrosion of all kinds of metal material pipes, shafts, gear machinery parts that are not directly exposed to ambient conditions. It has high area coverage, maximum water repellency, high resistance to moisture and acid vapors. Protecting the surfaces with M Oil Surface protection oil, all kinds of dust burrs, oil, grease, water, dirt and so on. After cleaning it from foreign materials, it is applied by brushing, spraying or filling in the form of a bath. Oily surfaces can be easily cleaned with any degreasing material.
