TEXTILE OIL

39.jpg

It is a paraffinic based oil developed to be used in the needles of industrial looms engaged in weaving, winding and bending in the textile industry, and in flat and round bed needle mechanisms of knitting machines. Thanks to the advanced technology additives used in its formula, it provides maximum lubrication and protection in the systems where it is used. Accordingly, it minimizes needle breakage by reducing the risk of rust and corrosion that may occur at the needle bottoms.

In the textile industry, petroleum-based base oils used directly (without water) or emulsified with water in certain proportions according to the properties of the processed materials, which can be separated from the fiber by washing with water without using detergent blended with textiles in order to facilitate the combing and bending of the fibers, and to prevent piling, sticking, aggregation and static electricity. It is a textile industry oil produced from additives.

USAGE

It can be used by diluting between 4% and 10% as a mixture of Blend Oil + 96% and 90% water, depending on the desired product type and desired feature. If it is diluted with water, it is recommended to prepare the amount of mixture to be used and consumed in one day, to add the water and then the Blend Oil to the container in which the mixture will be prepared, and to mix the Water + Blend Oil mixture manually for at least 5 minutes, if not available, with a motorized mechanical mixer.
